| So wow! I haven't posted in a really long time! I just want to say that i am so proud of myself because i finally finished this 1000 piece puzzle that i have been working on =) It looks really nice. But now i ran into a problem. What to do with it? I worked too hard on it to throw it back in the box but i don't want it sitting around forever either. Puzzles are so silly. | | |
| Wow, it's been exactly a month since my last post. I really don't have a reason for posting, other than that i haven't done it in awhile. My parents came from Colorado to visit me and Seth for Easter. We were busy the whole weekend with shopping, going to Gettysburg, going to New Jersey to visit family, and going to the Baltimore Harbor. We didn't get much time to relax but I enjoyed their company. Easter was a lot of fun. All I have to say is that my family is crazy! It makes me laugh.
Today I applied at FCC for the fall semester. I'm not sure if it's going to happen or not, but that is the plan. I'm hoping that some of my credits from Emmaus will transfer, although not too many will. I still am not exactly sure what i want to do career wise, i was thinking photography or geography as a major. But right now, I'm gonna try for an associates in general studies from the community college and then see what happens.

| So this week has been so much fun! I had a blast hanging out with my 2 best buddies from home. We went to the Baltimore Harbor on Monday night and it was so nice out! Then Wednesday we went to New York City. It was fun once we actually got out of the car. We drove aound for about 2 1/2 hours because we missed the exit for the Lincoln Tunnel. There were so many highways i got so confused. But the thing is, everytime you get off the highway you have to pay a toll, so we ended up paying way more than we should have! Then I finally got through the tunnel and the parking garage that my uncle had told me to park at was full, so i had to find another on my own, without knowing anything about NYC. I can now say I have driven the streets of New York City (ask Seth, I get freaked out when i have to drive in traffic). Praise God, I didn't die!!! Besides the driving, everything was awesome. I got to go to the top of the empire state building =) I was so exhausted from walking so much, it was a long day. Thursday we went to DC for the day, and had fun. Supposedly we saw the president leave the white house in one of about 20 different vehicles. Who knows which one he was in???
So now life is back to normal, but couldn't be any better =) | | |
| 2 more days until my 2 best friends from Colorado are coming to visit!!! I'm so excited because I haven't seen them since I moved out here in August and it seems like an eternity. We think it would be awesome to make a long day trip to NYC since neither have been there, but who knows. We might just go to DC or Baltimore. Anyone have any suggestions of fun things to do around this area? Well we wont be making it to the young adults group Monday night because that is when their plane comes in so I will see you all next week! | | |
